I like your posts.

In a way we have the same background (EE) and IT as a proffession. I like to start a business of my own but fear of failure has tied me down.

I was searching the net on how to set goals and styaing focused on it and I came accross one of your articles the 11 ways.

Thanks, it has given me some reassurance that I can stay focused provided that I discipline my thoughts and control my emotions to stay on track.
