Like others commented, it is good to see you back. Your thoughts are insightful.

I got interested in Virginia Satir after reading your post and did some “googling” about her. I found an interesting graphic on one site, which introduces another point – the “transforming idea” that leads you out of chaos into integration and a new status quo. Right on. Thanks for pointing it out.

So yes, stress is ok given that initially the Red Zone will cause some disruption and chaos. The good news is eventually when the change is embraced, you’re left better off than you were before the change was instigated.

Maurice, I could be wrong, but I think Dave’s trying to say that some stress (caused by changes) is OK and keeps us in a good shape.
